Yediel Kadosh, Esq.

Yediel Kadosh is the founder of KADOSH, where he advises HNW individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, often as outside general counsel.

Eschewing the traditional notion of hyper-specialization adopted by most of the legal industry, Mr. Kadosh believes that clients are better served by legal counsel with a broad base of experience across multiple practices areas and industries. Often referred to as a "jack of all trades," Mr. Kadosh is not only an accomplished attorney, but an entrepreneur in his own right, having previously owned and operated 3 F&B concepts in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood.

Mr. Kadosh holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law (summa cum laude and order of the coif), an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Yediel is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
