Do you represent buyers and sellers in business acquisitions?

Yes, both, just never on the same deal. We run point from the LOI through closing: diligence, purchase agreement negotiation, financing coordination, and deal structure.
How does billing work for a transaction?

It depends on the deal. Some matters are billed hourly, others as a flat fee, and larger transactions sometimes include a performance fee tied to closing. Whatever the structure, we agree on it upfront.
Do you only work with Miami-based clients?

No. We're licensed in Florida and represent clients statewide, and it's common for a deal to involve parties, property, or counsel in other states.
Do you work with small, boutique businesses?

Yes. A clothing brand, a studio, a small consumer business: these clients need a clean entity structure, contracts that hold up, and a lease that doesn't work against them. We take that work as seriously as a multimillion-dollar transaction.
